Hi All,
Wonder if anyone can help me out? Recently there was some mail
concerning dubious people asking for locations of rare bird species, and
there were suggestions of how to check a persons credentials, (which I
have unfortunately, since deleted from my mailbox.) Today I received an
email enquiring about stake-outs for finch species and I'm a bit
concerned that person may possibly be involved in trapping. Has anyone
any ideas regarding actions to take? He could well be a genuine birder
but I would hate to make a mistake and tell someone that is involved in
the cage-bird trade.
Comments most welcome.
Tom
