At the very least, it's a chain letter.  If it's the same "AOL REWARDS"
scam as in 2001 (and possibly as early as 1999), it's a scam to trick
AOL users into entering their user ID and password so that their 
account can be hijacked.  (This is done via a web page claiming that
you're a "winner", and asked you to enter your account details to 
claim your prize.)

"If it's too good to be true, it probably is."
