Birders in the Pinaroo, Ouyen and Hall's Gap area?

Dear Birding-aussers
I have 2 birding friends from the US visiting Victoria next month. 
They will be in Pinaroo, Ouyen and the Hall's Gap area and were wondering
if there were any local birders in any of these places who might be able
to offer advice/directions, or even show them around.  If you think
