No sign of Northern Shoveler at Ash Island NSW

Hi all

Lots of people have been looking for the Shoveler over the last 
couple of days. I have looked the last 2 mornings/afternoons with no 
sign. Birds are obviously moving about a lot. Also Sandgate, 
Shortland, Minmi, Korragang Lake and Cedar Hill Drive has also been 
checked.
There are some good birds still around though. 6 Freckled Duck and a 
Blue-billed Duck at Minmi and no less than 79 Glossy Ibis just up 
tyhe road. A few migratory waders are on Ash Island with 6 Marsh and 
6 Curlew Sandpipers and a single Black-tailed Godwit yesterday.
Sorry to all those who went and didn't see the bird.
