I think that a Sparrowhawk of Goshawk or Hobby are generally most effective.

G'day All,

Firstly I'm hoping for some help? a while ago some beautiful people up in Queensland emailed the birding Aus list about prevention of window strike by birds???? do you remember the email? for the life of me I can't find the email address to reply to.

Anyways, whilst out doing my grocery and vegie shopping this morning, it's our local market day here in Hastings, as is each Thursday, I spied on a stall something that just might help out the people having window bird strike problems? they are a stick-on applications, that gives a leadlight appearance, you may have seen some already, when I first saw them, I contacted the manufacturers asking could they make some up using "Oz Birds" as the application effect ..... they now have. So today I bought a life size "White backed Magpie" and also a lifesize "Fairy Wren" .... what I'm wondering is would the original emailers like to participate in a trial of these applications?

If so could they email John:  please.
