Subject: Qld bird databases?

A request for information for our Queensland birdos.

I have been asked by a colleague here where some people boating off the
Queensland coast can submit their bird records.

In Victoria we have the Atlas of Victorian Wildlife as the main vertebrate and
invertebrate database. The system users little cards for up to 10 species and
sheets for up to 100 species I think. Of course there is also the Birds
Australia Atlas which I understand is continuing.

Is there an equivalent system in Queensland that anyone is aware of? If so,
what is the full contact details for supplying data?

cheers
