Seeing the weather was perfect this morning, Leanne and I headed down to the
Garden of Eden Road, and went for a stroll along the border to the Cougals. It
was a very pleasant 12C - just right for bushwalking, and from the top of the
eastern summit, we could see clear to Cape Byron.

Highlights on a quiet birding day was a wedgie cruising just above us on the
summit, hearing the albert's lyrebirds calling, and a female paradise riflebird
doing her thing near the edge of the rainforest.

Regards, Laurie.
