Help ! Black Swan aggression

Subject: Help ! Black Swan aggression

Many thanks to those who responded.

Today the family of black swans was intact and the intruding
pair seemed to be being kept apart by the resident birds. 
One was in rushes by the nest and the other about 80 metres
away from its partner and 15 metres from the water, with the
family between them.
