On Friday, a House Crow was identified at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. Saturday was the day that the National Parks Service was attempting to destroy the bird. I do not know, at this time, if they were successful. I will inform the net if there are further developments. I understand that other sightings around Australia have been near ports. Broadbeach is a long way from the closest port (Brisbane). The destruction of these birds has been discussed in the past so I am sure Russell would appreciate it if no such discussion ensued this time.
