HOODED PLOVERS  (5) ;   DOUBLE-BANDED PLOVERS  (31) ; BLUE-WINGED PARROTS  (4) ;   seen at mouth of Powlett River  ( 10 kms. West of Wonthaggi, on the Bass Highway, Victoria. )   The Plovers were on the West side of the outlet, and the Blue-winged Parrots on the right side of the track, across the bridge, in an area of salt marsh.   Friday 29 th March.    Cheers Robbie Brown.
