I'm sure the Emu is our official bird, at Federal level.
And I strongly suspect that Golden Wattle is our official plant or
flower - at any rate it forms the 'mantling' to the Commonwealth
coat-of-arms. I don't know if we have an official tree distinct from
that. The wattle is justabout big enough to be a tree.
