G'day All,

**PORTLAND WIND ENERGY PROJECT - PANEL HEARING**

A Panel has been appointed to hear submissions on the
Portland Wind Energy Project. The Panel Hearing
procedure will last from 19 February 2002 to 18 April
2002. For further information, contact 03 5225 2547.

I've already asked the panel about getting clever with
the blades design? bird recognised reflective
colouring of the blades? and bird sound generated
blades, if the project goes ahead.

I will put all my thoughts and ideas into a .txt
document for anyone that may like them.
