Alan,
I can think of a few more recent additions:
 
American Golden Plover, South Island Pied Oystercatcher and Tristram's Storm Petrel  (all accepted by BARC) Laysan Albatross and Newell's Shearwater would also be additions to the Norfolk Island list.  )- not sure about Yellow Wagtail I thought that was new too maybe not?
