Hi John,

I agree with your comments on the lack of good AUSTRALIAN bird web sites
and, as you have, it prompted me to create my own.

Although my photo skills are not the best, I am getting there and I hope to
eventually have a good photo of every bird common to the Perth Metro Area.
I am currently getting ready to launch version 3 which will also have bird
calls attatched to selected species. Recording bird calls is also a new
skill for me so please be patient. I'm not sure if it is the type of website
you were looking for or if you had already visited it but maybe it will be
of some use to you(URL below). I do have photo's of many birds on the site,
but the way I see it is if the photo isn't of very good quality I won't put
in up.

Congratualtions on your web site and I look forward to seeing more of your
photos! If you wish I can add a link to your site on my "Links" page. Happy
Birding!
