2001 Rufous Scrub-bird Surveys

Volunteers - we need your help!

When?

Barrington Tops Survey 2: Weekend of 8^th-9^th December, 2001

Border Ranges Survey 2: Mid-week 11^th-12^th December, 2001

Who?

Experienced and/or enthusiastic birdwatchers.

Training?

Volunteers will be briefed on the background of the project, the survey method, Rufous Scrub-bird calls and behaviour.

Accommodation?

Depending on the preference of the volunteer, however, in the past we have camped at the Gloucester River camp site within Barrington Tops National Park and Sheepstation Creek within Border Ranges NP.

Costs?

NSW NPWS will re-imburse volunteers for their petrol and food costs volunteers are required to keep their receipts.
