I received the same message - it was infected with Badtrans-B.

If you saw that it had no content, I assume you selected the message
in the message list and saw nothing in the preview window.  If so, you
may have been infected - this is sufficient to trigger my virus scanner
(and it has been getting a workout in the last few days - four or five
"Badtrans-B", one "Magistr".)
