Acting on advice from Roly Lloyd an early morning visit on 28.11.01 to the
Onkaparinga Wetlands, (27km SSW Adelaide CBD, off River Road Noarlunga
Downs) yielded 8 Painted Snipe and approx 12 Latham's Snipe between the
boardwalk and the river.
These wetlands are currently in excellent condition and have a support
range of bird species.
