Melbourne CBD Kestrel

I was just wandering down to the coffee place this morning when I spotted a
pair of (what I think were) Kestrels on the spire of the Scots Church
(Russell and Collins).  They were up to a noisy bit of nooky, too.

Anyone else spotted them?  I guess they must have a nest around there
someplace.
