g'day all,
Re my previous note of 28/10 about the PS spotted by the NSW FOC near the Moondarra Caravan Park.

Last  Sat I was checking out our Sewage Ponds for Crakes and Rails and flushed a Painted Snipe which flew to near the pump station where I had left my vehicle. By the time I returned to my car it was quite dark and as I opened the car door it got flushed a 2nd time.

Last Thursday week, I saw a single Spotless Crake and at least 3 Baillon's C at the Lake Moondarra Clear Water Settling pond.  Two days later Darlene Kneen got a good view of a Spotless at the Sewage Pond outflow.

(I did get clear view of a Baillon's C at the Sewage Ponds outflow)

Regards, Bob Forsyth, Mount Isa, NW Qld.
