Hi All,
Out birding today (28.10.01) with Marie and Trev Quested from Sydney,
went to Minnipi Wetlands (near Wynnum Rd turnoff on Gateway Arterial
east of Brisbane) after a tip-off from Arthur Keates and saw an adult
Black-backed or Little Bittern around 12 noon, bird was seen opposite
car park near the pylon.
Also present were Baillon's Crake, Buff-banded Rail and Red-kneed
Dotterel.
Please contact me on 0409 264 725 for further info.
