Sparrow Nest

We have been watching 2 Sparrows build a nest in a garden tree at about
2 metres, the nest was built from scratch. The nest now seems to be
completed.

What would be the expected time between the completion and when the
female is likely to start laying eggs?

How many eggs would be expected?
