I've been out and about a bit lately, and though Pallid Cuckoos are much in
evidence, and Horsfield's and Shining Bronze-cuckoos too, I've hardly come
a single Fan-tailed Cuckoo in central and eastern Victoria.

Anyone else having this experience, or have I gone selectively deaf?
