G'day all

A quick visit to Lake Linlithgow (sw Victoria) yesterday turned up a female
Common Pheasant foraging in long grass on the roadside. Probably an escaper
from a farm. Should I atlas it? The bird was quite disturbed by my presence
(in the car) and crouched down with just its head above the grass when I got too
close.

Cheers

Steve
