Mornin' all,
Selling off the spare block next door means I can no longer drive in across
it, so, I have to put in a new driveway on the house block - - pain!
Putting in a driveway means taking out earth to make depth for the sand and
pavers. It's been raining in Adelaide for most of the last two weeks so my
new drive area has not been built but has filled with water and is a beaut
muddy swamp - well actually, lake.
I went out there this morning to see how it was and guess
what -- DUCKS !! two of the little pets, Pacific Blacks, SWIMMING around
in the six inch deep muddy puddle, and they appeared to be feeding too.
A bit later in the year and I might have even got waders. A bit ruff don't
you think?
Tony.
