Yes, it does give subspecies and their ranges. Publication year is 2000, and
title is "Birds of the World: A Checklist"

Clements' checklist of birds of the world (precise title ???) will do that
trick for you.  The latest one came out recently (2000??).  Despite this
otherwise rather vague answer, I am quite certain that it lists subspecies
and their geographic range.
