More Freckled Ducks!

Hi all

After a few months ago 8 Freckled Ducks had turned up on a lagoon close to Waikerie, well today I counted no less than 40 Freckleds in neighbouring Ramco Lagoon! This is very unusual for SA as far as I know.

Also present were a few hundred Pink-eared Ducks and the odd Blue-billed Duck, Chestnut Teal and Aus. Shoveler.

For anyone heading to Gluepot, it is a worthwile 8 km detour. The lagoon is the second one west of Waikerie along the road that leads past the caravan park.
