Rose Robin?

Hello,

For the first time in 9 years living here in Kangaroo Valley, South Coast NSW  (not far from Berry Mountain), I think I spotted a Rose Robin.  It fits the description in my Simpson & Day field guide better than anything else.  Distinctive dark pink to red chest with most of the lower half white.  Head, back and wings all dark.   The Pink Robin occurs further south generally.  I could not see any white markings on the wing or head but it was very high up flitting around the canopy of eucalypts and my binoculars are not the best.  Please let me know if this seems likely that this is what i saw?  The same looking bird was also visiting my bird bath in dense shrubs but it was dusk and very hard to make out at a distance.  I ruled out the Mistletoebird.
Thanks

Carla
