Just to take Bob Forsyth's comments about editions of Cayley's "What Bird is
That?" one step further:

the hardback 1968 Fifth Edition, further revised in 1971 by Alec Chisholm,
also shows the derivations.

I guess that it's really just a case of picking up whatever copy you can
find in a book-shop and looking inside to see if the derivations are
included.
