    This is third hand so if some details are wrong please excuse.
    James Watson reports that Ian Rudd of Kunnunurra told him he had seen a black-and-white Harrier 20 km west of Timber Ck in the NT on 13 June.
    If anyone sees such a bird, please take a full description and note especially the under wing pattern.
No one has yet convinced BARC they've seen a Papuan Harrier in Australia.
