Hello all.
Did anyone respond to this somewhat impolitely phrased request?
How do others react when recieving mail that seems rude but may possibly
be attributable to ignorance on the part of the sender? (It seems that
people with poor communication skills, who would never put pen to paper,
will happily use email.)
