Page 4 of this weekend's The Australian newspaper had a section
entitled "Proposed International Treaties" which asks for public
comment as to whether Australia should be bound to the terms
of a swag of treaties including
"Agreement on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels"

The newspaper notice says comment should be received by
