Hi all
Sorry if you've been trying to contact me - my mail account has been
down for a few days.
Steve Clarke's message about the Peregrine cam prompts me to tell you
that I've added a new link section for WEBCAMS to the birding-aus
website. There are already 3 or 4 Peregrine cams linked, and I'll
add the one Steve mentioned. One of the most fascinating sites is
the Cloud Forest center, which has cams on hummingbirds and quetzals
- OK, not exactly Aussie birds, but great to look at. Who is going
to be the first member of the "Virtual 600 Club"? (600 species seen
via webcam)
The only Aussie cam I Know of is the OBP one - does anyone know of any others?
To find the links, go to the birding-aus site at
http://www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/
and click on LINKS then "Recommended Overseas Links"
I'm rebuilding the whole site bit by bit - new graphics and other
features on the way, but don't hold your breath ....
