Greetings birding enthusiasts

I don't have much of a problem with people on birding-aus using false,
assumed or non-names. Chances are there are some realistic sounding names on
birding-aus that are not real names. Also, given the nature of the medium
(cyberspace) where people don't meet, some very misleading impressions of a
person can be given, intentionally or not. As for the hot topics that are
sometimes broached by the un-named - well it's the message and not the
messenger that's important.

Now a question for the twitchers and the non-twitchers. If a species is
introduced to a place where it becomes established, then an individual turns
up as a vagrant to Australia, is it 'officially' tickable?

Happy birding
