It saddens me that any bird related publication fails due to a lack of
interest.  I am beginning to wonder if it is possible to publish a birding
mag. in Australia without a large subsidy from an outside source.

I am also wondering if the readership of the ABM would be interested
subscribing to the IB Bulletin.   Although we do not publish bird lists or
bird sightings there is an ample supply of interesting and informative
articles on birds.  We are also compiling a field guide to encourage birders
to twitch birds based on the behaviours that they encounter.
