This is my annual reminder about the Rainforest Site,

Going to this site and clicking on the donate land button causes
sponsors to donate money to the Nature Conservancy who purchase land
and manage it as nature sanctuaries (more details about them at the
site). The sponsors of course hope that you will click on their
logos and purchase from them.
A number of other sites are linked to this one. They include the
Hunger Site, the Child Survival Site (giving vitamin A) and the
Landmine Site (giving assistance to landmine victims).
Only one click can be made at each site per day. I find making the
Rainforest Site my homepage is a good way to remember to go to it.
