Hi Folks,
I will be visiting Okinawa and Amami next month, any current info about how to find the endemics would be appreciated, particularly Okinawa Rail and Amami Woodcock. I heard recently that introduced mongeese have made finding the woodcock very hard in the north of the island, not a good prognosis!
Thanks in advance,
Phil Gregory, Cassowary House, Kuranda 4872
