Information about forestry in Victoria can be found at the NRE website at

http://www.nre.vic.gov.au/web/root/domino/cm_da/nrenfor.nsf/frameset/NRE+Forestry?OpenDocument

There is a great deal of detailed information here. If you click on Wood
Utilisation Plans and then on the appropriate section of the map of Vic, you
can download detailed maps and dates of proposed forestry activities.
If you click on Managing Forests then Forest Planning, you get to Regional
Forest Agreements.

Information on Carlisle State Park can be found at

http://www.parkweb.vic.gov.au/

where Ground Parrots do get a mention.

Cheers,
Merrilyn.
