Cacatua ophthalmica

All of my reference books state that C.ophthalmica occurs on both New
Britain and New Ireland. Yet Brian Coates, in his excellent book on the
Birds of Papua New Guinea, both in his text and in the accompanying map,
restricts it to New Britain. Can anyone confirm whether or not
C.ophthalmica occurs also on New Ireland?
Thanks,
John
