hi folks,

i received so many great answers to my query! :)
sorry for thanking you all so late. (and sorry for not answering
individually and privately). i was/am terribly busy (fire-ban season starts
next week and we are trying to clear all the debris that could constitute a
fire hazard).

we are now covering the car mirrors with some cloth, as suggested. i think
the little fella is now happy and gets more rest. ;)
