I have noted a number of people have already responded to Michael McDonald's
note about bird calls being available on an MP3 website from a source such
as Aust National Wildlife Collection.

I am considering doing a series of CDs (supported by Birds Australia) on a
biogeographical regional basis (i.e. Tropical North, Tropical North-east,
Subtropical East etc.). I canvassed people's opinions about this project on
birding-aus a couple of years ago. If people are looking for calls to be
available on the internet I would like people's comments if they also see a
need for a series of CDs as indicated.
