Eastern Curlew status

Would someone please advise of the legal status, both federally and
in Queensland, for the Eastern Curlew. Although it is always referred
to as endangered, I would like confirmation of that if possible. Hugo?

I was asked by a colleague wishing to apply for grant funds.
