Good morning to Birding-Aus.
Dick Wood here and my trip is getting closer and closer.
For those of you who I may have not replied in a timely manner for the
information graciously sent to me, thank you very much.
I have two questions this morning. Does there exist, on the net or can be
purchased when I arrive, a copy of bird checklist for each state?
Does there exist a map of each state/area that shows the various
habitat? I guess that since Australia is so large and environmentally
diverse, perhaps a map(s) showing this type of subdivision is not practical
nor usable. Anyway, I would like to visit as many habitats as possible
during my wandering around.
I renew my request to accompany anyone on birding trips/atlassing/or just
little "wanderings". I will pay for petrol and postre to go along with tea.
Thanks in advance for any help.

One shouldn't argue with a fool, people watching will have trouble
distinguishing between the two. -unknown
