As 'emailandrews'(AS) has indicated it does in fact appear that there are no
records of Green Catbirds for Victoria.

I have just checked the Atlas of Victorian Wildlife and it shows no records of
the species to date.  It would be interesting to hear from Alan Morris what the
southern limit of the taxon is for NSW.
