Evening all

Had the pleasure today whilst looking for Thrush to determine whether
Bassian Or Russett-tailed, to come across 3 Glossy Blacks, 2 males & 1
female feeding on the cones of Allocasuarina torulosa.( I think this is
correct as this info came from the person I was with) . All three were
holding the cones in their left feet. Spent about 15 minutes watching &
videoing . Absolutely magic. Never found the Thrush. The location was at
Main Creek near the Barrington Tops
outside Dungog, NSW

Cheers

Dick Jenkin
