Hi all
I wasn't concerned about the contributions on this topic but the
increasing heat about them made we want to review some I had
deleted from my computer.
This is when I did get CROSS because it was not easy to access
them on the Birding-Aus archive.
The reason: the TOTALLY UNNECESSARY changes in the "subject"
heading between postings.
We started with Qld land clearing controls
it became Qld Land clearances
and it's now Tree clearing in Qld
So instead of being able to look at the archive sorted by
subject you have to browse through recent postings (which will
omit any which have been dated incorrectly).
PLEASE do not change the subject heading on e-mails unless it is
important to do so. Better still check the archive to see if
there are earlier related subjects (eg. earlier this year Qld
clearing controls at risk Qld Land Clearing)
