Sat midday at the Safeway carpark, Wonthaggi, Vic, I had to look several
times at a mudlark because it "looked wrong". Then its companion
appeared and the aberration became obvious.

It had a full white bib and throat, and the white extended to above the
beak so that from 10 metres away it seemed to have a white cere.
