Hi all

It is possible that not everyone will be able to read this message - some mail servers are already bloacking mail containing many of the words in this message! Please get the word around (other than by email) if you have other contact with people on this mailing list.

Apparently there are now a host of worm viruses charging around the ether. Wonder there's any room left for ordinary mail! Watch out for Subject: lines like
I * Love * You
Joke
Very Funny
Searching For

etc etc

I have put in new filters to block just about every type of attachment
I can think of. Those of you who occasionally break the rules (now who would do that?) may find there messages no longer arrive on Birding-Aus. Please remember that we do not welcome ANY form of attachment. If you have a way of turning off signatures that are sent as attachments that would be useful, although I haven't stopped them as yet. Doubtless soon there will be a signature worm virus :-)

Bye for now

Russell
