breeding drongos

Back to the drongos again!
They attempted to breed at my place at Maleny in 1998, building a neat
basket about 5metres high in a sandpaper fig. However, the nest was
abandoned before any chicks hatched.  A pair of SDs appeared interested in
the same tree last year, but nothing eventuated.
Have checked the birds at Woombye this week and already there were 6 and 7
present....will keep counting through winter.
