Re your question. My hint is see page 12 of R.Schodde & I.J. Mason (1980)
'Nocturnal birds of Australia'. (A rather expensive book.) No, it isn't
nocturnal but their description of the issue in relation to the B-s K & L-w
K, in their words "settles over half a century of needless uncertainty about
the identity of the name".
