My good friend David forwarded this on to me and I
thought it may cheer many who are still trying?

Last night Casey Council planning committee accepted a
recomendation that a permit be issued for Pearcedale
Conservation Park / Moonlit Sanctuary. The motion went
through as one of a group of "uncontentious"
recomendations in the first two minutes of the
meeting. After 2 years of frustration working this
project through the planning process, this was both a
little surprising and very welcome.
